2009 is almost over and 2010 is looking to be a year of great opportunity in South Carolina.

On the campaign trail we’re gearing up for the June primary election, and I wanted to share with you some recent good news:

“A new poll from South Carolina shows State Representative Nikki Haley has moved into third place [in a five-way race] ahead of Congressman Gresham Barrett. …

This is really good news for Haley. She’s moved up in the polling and is now ahead of an otherwise popular sitting Congressman.”

Campaigns are about message and momentum. Our message of bringing good government and a competitive business environment to South Carolina is earning the support of voters across our state – and this independent poll is proof of that growing momentum.
